I have a question: When was the last time you said yes to A God Dream?
When was the last time you followed Jesus to pursue something so far beyond your wildest imagination that you knew only the hand of God could have deposited that YES into the cradle of your fleshy heart with ease?
A God Dream comes with fear and trembling—an obedience to HIM alone that asks you to trust what HE said, even when you cannot yet see where your yes will lead.
A God Dream is costly obedience that reorients your whole life, anchors your identity in Christ, and expands your heart posture to mirror the uncomfortable meekness and humility of Jesus in Gethsemane.
If you are pursuing a dream you believe you can achieve without God, rest assured:
this is not God's Dream for your life.
A God Dream requires total surrender and reckless abandonment of one's ego in pursuit of living life according to God's will, God's way. The only way to follow the narrow road of pursuing A God Dream is through the power of the Holy Spirit.
A God Dream matures your faith walk until you know God personally for yourself. It convicts your soul with the understanding that trusting in the Lord with all thine heart is not optional. It is actually everything.
