A Global Action For Peace

Did you know this coming Monday, October 07, 2024, marks the one-year anniversary of the outbreak of the Israel-Hamas war?
In The Book of Matthew, Our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ speaks about the end time signs very candidly. He speaks about wars, rumors of wars, floods, and famines. These signs all fall under the category of "birthing pains." They are also events we are hearing about and experiencing every day all over the globe in the year Two Thousand and Twenty-Four.
In light of these escalating global threats, Pope Francis has called for "a day of prayer and fasting," for peace. You can read the full press announcement by the Vatican here.
This past Friday, October 05, 2024, President Joe Biden took the White House press room podium for the first time since renouncing his 2024 presidential run. During his press conference, he was asked about Pope Francis' call to action, Pres. Biden responded that he too will pray and fast this Monday, October 7th.
As a community of faith, we are joining Pope Francis and President Biden in their act of non-violent resistance against terrorism, war, hatred, and the desecration of human life everywhere. We'd love for you to join us in this Global Action For Peace. May the Lord accept our sacrifice and empower us all to be blessed peace makers. True revival starts in the transformed fleshy heart of every believer yielding their power under God's daily.

The Global Action For Peace Fast Overview
We are fasting from sunrise to sunset, Monday, October 07, 2024. Be sure to consult with your doctor before starting the fast. No two bodies are alike, so we have provided the following four options for your fasting journey.
Option One: Total Fast a complete fast from consumption. No water or Food for twelve waking hours or from sunrise to sunset in your time zone.
Option Two: Water Only a fast from all solids and liquids except water for hydration for twelve waking hours or from sunrise to sunset in your time zone.
Option Three: Green Juice: non-fruit green juice and water only for twelve waking hours or from sunrise to sunset in your time zone.
Option Four: Live Again This option is recommended for people who are experienced with fasting as a lifestyle or persons who desire to fast but require nourishment for medical reasons. You may consume water, green juice, and live foods only. No meat, no dairy, no processed sugar or foods of any kind. Only raw uncooked fruits and vegetables.
