If it were a for-profit company, it would be considered a "unicorn" juggernaut for venture capital investment according to Connie Chan an A16z Partner.
The U.S. marketplace of faith is sized at $1.2 trillion. A more conservative estimate sans charities, schools, and healthcare sizes faith focused businesses and congregations at $130B.
In the last eight years, consumer FaithTech venture capital investment driven by digitization and virtualization grew exponentially from $6m in 2016 - $175m in 2021.
Kingdom business in the realm of FaithTech is currently booming with the average VC investment in the high-yield space cutting $40M - $50M checks each series A and B round.
Gideon's Way Forward
"So he brought his soldiers down to the water, and the Lord told Gideon, “You are to cull out everyone who laps up water with his tongue like a dog from everyone who kneels to drink.” The contingent of soldiers who lapped water[b] with their hands to their mouths numbered 300 men, but everyone else kneeled to drink water.
Then the Lord told Gideon, “I’m going to deliver you with the 300 soldiers who lapped by giving the Midianites into your control. Send everyone else back to their own homes.”

In the face of such big business activity, you may be thinking "what advancement can The Being Academy make with our historical $20,000 operating budget per fund's raised over the last five-years during our R&D phase?"
It's a plausible question that has kept me quite avoidant when called to communicate the numbers to myself and other Village Stakeholders in the past. During the onboarding of our "Think Tank" team in the Fall 0f 2021, I would clam up every time team members asked for specifics regarding our financial projections.
This is not because I doubted our triple-bottom-line (people, planet, profit) as a social enterprise with a profitable future. Rather, my desire was not to inflate ego or wrong motives as drivers in any way shape or form. Coming from a family that owned a small business, having a finance degree, and working in venture capital, I have seen the evil influence of money on the human heart time and time again. It has been my intention to focus on building The New Christian Experience as an effective faith-based for-profit transformational system of quality products and services. Then, let our impact numbers do the talking for us in the marketplace.
Like Gideon, God's mighty man of valor who was the least in his entire family in the weakest tribe in all of Israel, the lord has been, will always be, and is with me. Some may need millions, and we have arrived at a place where we do as well, yet his grace is always sufficient.

We have ran our numbers, and we need a very conservative 3000 members annually at The Being Academy to be a multi-million dollar cashflow positive faith-based media company in a market that is estimated to have at least half of a billion potential buyers capable of creating a multi-trillion dollar global imprint for The Kingdom through FaithTech.
With a three-tier CLV, Customer Lifetime Value, ranging from $450 - $750 to start, a 10% marketshare capture will gross billion dollar revenues for our Village Stakeholders.
Our cooperative business model will not only yield our stakeholders a financial return, but set-up generations with the spiritual wealth inheritance Heaven dreamed for God’s beloved.
This August 09, 2024, we are closing our friends and family fund at $150,000 total funds raised for 2.5% Founding Stakeholder's Equity. This will support our CAC, Customer Acquisition Cost, and operating budget for the next 6-months during launch.
Like Gideon, we will focus the next 6-months on a strong 300 members to refine our experience before v. 2.0 releases in 2025 to serve the 3000 and counting seeking to see, be, and experience life made in God's image.
Immediately following this close we will begin our efforts to raise $800,000 in grant and seed funding to support our 2025 12-month run-rate and SGA of our executive team.
In a market deemed underestimated and underserved by an Alumni Ventures report at $1.2T, our impact and invitation to the "Land of Being" freedom effectiveness over the next ten years with less than 1% total market penetration (population wise) will yield
a billion-dollars worth of impact economically, help millions of believers establish ownership and dominion over their God gifted freedom to commune with the Lord daily, and make the discipleship of souls 1.) revolutionary, 2.) joy-filled, and 3.) transformational for seven generations blessings at least. It is very important for believers in Christ to understand that worldly achievements, luxury possessions, and pleasurable relationship’s do not break curses. The curse of sin on mankind is only broken by The Blood of Jesus who is the door, the way, the truth, and the light. Yes, God made man, humanity, male and female, in their image and blessed them to be fruitful, multiply, fill the Earth, subdue it and have power.
This is the biblical outline of a blessed life:
Are you free to reflect and experience life made in the image of God?
Are you fruitful, meaning are you producing the Godliness of this image in your atmosphere daily?
Are you able to multiply/scale your anointing to share with the larger body?
Are you filling the earth with your holiness as a living epistle?
Does your Godliness subdue atmospheres making every place you touch holy and Kingdom territory?
Do you have dominion, the ability to manage your mind, will, and emotions consistently toward these instructions of a blessed life?
Or are you operating under the cursed without rest in your spiritual inheritance?
The spiritual promises of God are fulfilled when we operate under the fear of God and prioritize God’s Word over our lives. This has nothing to do with degrees, houses, money, cars, vacations, weddings, and wedding rings not rooted in Christ. These things for sure are good and come from God as resources of the reward of holiness for those who diligently seek God. It pleases God for his children to prosper and steward wealth in the Earth for the good of the Kingdom. However, true prosperity happens in the soul first.
When we lay down our lives as living sacrifices daily, and we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, whose Holy Spirit teaches us, comforts us, and guides us to walk in the light, then and only then are we able to abide in God as a habitation for his glory in the Earth aka blessed.
